Halsey needle holders were originally designed for ophthalmological surgeries and procedures but they are also used in other minor and sensitive surgeries. This holder can hold the suture and guide it through delicate tissues. They can be ordered with smooth or serrated tips. Fine tips cause minimal damage to the needles while the serrated tip grasps the needle firmly.
